  • We accept most major credit cards and PayPal.

  • We accept returns for a full refund on most new, unused purchases that are returned within 30 days of purchase. Alcohol purchases cannot be returned.

    If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we will happily pay return shipping.

  • We carefully curate a diverse offering of natural soaps, candles, and personal care products from bath artists around the world. These are products that caught our eye – that we’ve tried ourselves! – and we built strong bonds with these artisan bath creators to deliver their creations to you.

    This is why you’ll find products from small, regional producers from everywhere in the world. Whether that’s Virginia or Maine, Idaho or California, France or England – we were delighted with the luxurious bath experience they create, and we knew you would be, too!

  • Most of the products made by our bath artists are not certified vegan, however our artisan products make most of their creations from natural ingredients, which may include beeswax, or donkey or goat milk. Products that are vegan will be labeled will mention this in the product description.

  • Yes. At Fizzesse we go out of our way to make sure that our artisan partners with only cruelty-free ingredients that are not tested on animals during any point during the making of their products.

  • Simply click Login at the top of the home page. Under Registered Customers click Forgot Your Password? and follow the instructions to receive an email to reset your password.

  • Simply log in and you will be taken to MY ACCOUNT page where you can edit all of your information:

    1. Update Contact information: change your email address and password
    2. Edit your address book
    3. Review and Edit my Wish Lists
    4. Review and track orders and order status
